Woongjin Chemical supplied 1,022 of its CSM 8" FE (RE8040-FE) elements to Kranji Water Reclamation Plant in Singapore. The site is part of the Kranji NEWater Factory Phase 2 Extension Project.
Kranji WRP is one of the major water reclamation plants along with Bedok and Seletar whic are also located in Singapore. Veolia Water Solutions' Sea Pte awarded the extension project (16 MLD) from PUB in Singapore in 2005.
Woongjin Chemical successfully completed the commissioning of RO operation during late May to early June. Also, a technical seminar on RO membranes was conducted for Veolia Water Solution operators at the Kranji site on June 20th.
According to the commissioning report, CSM's RE8040-FE model are demonstrating high performance readings. |
