The Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility (ECLWRF) is a wastewater reclamation plant located in El Segundo, California. The facility treats secondary effluent from the Hyperion Treatment Plant.
Feedwater to these trains are also known as Chevron High Pressure Boiler Trains because they
provide second-pass RO permeate to the high pressure boilers at the Chevron refinery. |
