you can download various information on filter related
technology and product information. Members may also
exchange technological data.Furthermore if our members
request a special document related to filter we promise
to supply them the best way that we can.
I forgot my ID or password.
Go to Membership>>ID/PW and please fill in
the name and e-mail that you gave us when you joined
out membership. The password will be sent to your personal
e-mail accounts automatically.
How do I withdraw from the membership?
Joining and withdrawing out membership can
be done freely at anytime. If you wish to withdraw from
the membership simply go to Membership>> Membership
withdraw l and follow the stated procedures. If you
withdraw from the membership please be aware that there
will be restrictions to using further data.
What
do I do if I want to receive technological consulting?
We are currently receiving
applications for technical support at our TS request
Customer Support>>TS Application. Technical
Service operates when our customer gives us the necessary
information. Our personnel in charge for the according
section will provide an instant reply to the requests.
How
do I use the Community?
Saehan CSM Community
has been prepared in order to enable information and
data sharing between our users. Debates can be held
and various files can be due to the file upload
function. However the Employee-only room may only be
used by Saehan CSM employees.
I
can’t find the file that I need in the data room. Where
can I get it?
If you can’t find the
information that you require in the data room, please
request for it in the Q&A section. The site manager
will reply or send you the requested in formation via
e-mail.
