This years Key Note Speaker is Mike Strobel, Directior of National Water & Climate Center. As the Director of NRCS's National Water & Climate Center, Mike oversees the snow survey and water supply forecasting program, as well as the Soil Climate Analysis netwrk (SCAN) that provides data at a national scale for climate assessment and drought mitigation. |
