Joining as our Member
Membership comes free of charge and in order to join you must agree to the following terms.
1.Purpose Saehan CSM(http://www.saehancsm.co.kr) user agreement(from now on stated as "agreement") is stated to define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the user and association in using the Saehan CSM services. 2. Definition of User "User" indicates those who log onto the Saehan CSM and subscribe as a member receiving the service that this company provides. 3. Effects and Changes of the Agreement (1) This agreement takes effect upon being announced on the company http://www.saehanscm.co.kr (2) The company may change the agreement if necessary and the changed agreement takes effect in the same way as stated in (1). (3) If a member does not wish to agree to the (amended) agreement he/she may request to withdraw from membership and if he/she maintains his/her membership after the change has been made, it can be assumed that he/she agrees to the new agreement. 4. Regulations outside the Agreement On matters excluded or not mentioned in this agreement, members are urged to conform to related laws and commercial practices. 5. Membership registration (1) User contract is approved when user fills out the categories of the membership registration displayed on the website and the company recognizes. (2) Those who wish to be supplied with our member services by registering as a member must give the required personal information details. 6. Restrictions to Member Registration The company may deny approval of member registration to any of the below matters. (1) registration under a false-name (2) registration under someone else's name (3) registering false information or deliberately leaving out information (4) registering for purpose of ruining social order or good customs 7. Member Classification The CSM members are to be divided into the below categories. (1) member: those who are registered as a member of the Saehan CSM. However in case the company feels the need to register more, it may do so. (2) non-member: those who do not fall under category 1. Restriction of some services may be employed. 8. Membership Withdrawal or Deprivation of Membership (1) If a member wishes to withdraw from membership he/she must take set courses for withdrawal. (2) The company can stop the supply of services without previous notice when the member commits one of the following violations. ¨çAppropriation of other person's ID or password ¨èWhen the user is confirmed to having been using another person's name upon registration of membership. ¨éwhen having caused disadvantage or failure upon the company's administration of the website. ¨êwhen a same person registers with a different ID over again ¨ëwhen a user spreads contents on the web-site that may endanger public security ¨ìwhen a user engages in illegal actions of either damaging another person's reputation or breaching with his/her rights such as intellectual property rights ¨íwhen a user commercially uses or copies information gained through the web-site services without Saehan CSM's authorization ¨îwhen a user has committed other actions that is deemed unworthy according to related rules and regulations 9. Service Offer If necessary Saehan CSM may change or add contents of the service without the consent of the member. Saehan CSM notify the detail in advance. The services provided by this company are as a principle totally free of charge. 10. Service Fees The services provided by this company are as a principle totally free of charge. 11. Intellectual Rights of Property (1)Members may not post, copy or sell the data listed on the website without the authorization of Saehan CSM. Members must also refrain from changing the names of the initial creator. (2)For damages caused by No.1, Saehan CSM does not take any responsibility 12. Obligations of Saehan CSM (1)Saehan CSM has the obligation to provide stable and continuous service to the customers (2)Saehan CSM must solve matters of concern raised by the customers immediately if the customer has justly raised that issue. If it cannot be treated immediately the company must inform the customer of the reason for delay in the solution of the problem and also the due date for it to be solved completely (3)Saehan CSM must maintain strict security over the personal information of the members and must use it only for the purpose of developing and maintaining the services. Personal details must not be transferred to a different company or a person for a different use. 13. Obligations of the members (1)All responsibility regarding the ID and password lie in the customer. ID and password may not be shared among people. (2)If your ID has been illegally used member must inform the Saehan CSM at once.(3)Member must observe the agreement and regulations. 14. Exemption (1)Members have the right to use the posted data freely under their own decisions. Saehan CSM has no obligations to compensate for the damages that may be caused to the customer using it. (2)Saehan CSM does not take responsibility for losses suffered by customers due to the discontinuance of on-line services and etc. 15. Private Information Protection 1.Saehan CSM restricts firmly the gathering of sensitive fields of private information such as 'race and nation' or 'original place of birth' that may cause problems. The categories written below are the compulsory fields and others are conditional. ¨ç Name ¨è Resident Identification No. (If you are a member) ¨é Address ¨ê Telephone No. ¨ë Desired ID (If you are a member) ¨ì Password (If you are a member) ¨í e-mail Additional Rule : This agreement is enforced starting from October 2003.
